Safeguarding of interests in education policy
The aim of the safeguarding of education policy in the Federation is to ensure the supply of professionally skilled and trained labour also in the future.
In order to realise this aim the Federation strives to
- improve the employer and prospective employer image of the sector in cooperation with other organisations in the sector
- promote the knowledge of young people who are planning their career about training, education and professional opportunities in the media sector.
Actively involved in restructuring of the training and education
Training and education in the sector should be designed to meet the needs of the companies. The Federation prepares educational structures and content of the training given in various institutions in cooperation with the relevant authorities. In addition, representatives of the Federation and of member companies participate in the operation of training and education boards, advisory boards and management groups of several institutions.
