Forestry sector and printing industry have common interests
Forestcluster Ltd, the company joining the operators in the forestry sector, was launched as the first strategic centre of excellence in Finland in spring, 2007.
The Federation of the Finnish Media Industries was involved in the preparations for the centre but did not join it as a partner. The strategic partnership agreement of spring, 2008 includes a membership as expert in the Research Committee of the company. The Federation provides expertise of the customer and consumer angle in the research cooperation.
